WPC, or wood-plastic composite materials (WPC for short), is a new type of modified environmentally friendly material that uses natural fibers such as discarded wood powder, rice husks, and straw to fill and reinforce thermoplastic plastics such as PE, PP, PVC, and ABS. The wood-plastic products we produce are made of wood powder + PVC plastic powder + other additives mixed by high temperature, extrusion, molding and other processes to form composite profiles of a certain shape. It has the appearance of solid wood and is stronger and tougher than solid wood. 3. Excellent performance of new wood-plastic materials:

1) Excellent comprehensive characteristics: wood-plastic materials and their products are resistant to strong acids and alkalis, water-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and do not breed bacteria, are not easy to be eaten by insects, and do not grow fungi. They are resistant to aging, corrosion-resistant, have low water absorption, good flame retardancy, zero formaldehyde, no pollution, and good anti-enzyme and bactericidal properties.

In addition, because it contains wood fiber and is cured by resin, it has physical and mechanical properties such as compression and impact resistance comparable to hardwood, and its durability is significantly better than ordinary wood materials. It has a long service life, low price, economical and practical, and has excellent water resistance and corrosion resistance.

4) Good shape stability: The size and shape of wood-plastic products will not produce cracks or cracks, are not easy to warp and deform, and have no defects such as wood knots, diagonal lines, color spots, enzyme spots, etc.
